Offer Letter Management
Armada HC can support clients Offer Letter Management Process by creating the offer letters our clients would like to extend to candidates at the end of the selection process. In most cases this means drafting the letter to be printed on our client’s letterhead which includes the potential new hire’s name, address, date of letter, any greeting and declaration of offer with salary, frequency, any benefit highlights, stock options, relocation terms, and/or any contingent information such as background or reference checking.
All offer letters processed by Armada HC will be reviewed and approved before sending to client for printing, signature and sending. If the client has fully outsourced Offer Letter Management to us, we can print, obtain signature and stamp the letters for sending by regular mail or overnight mail as agreed. In addition, electronic offer letters can be sent by email to candidates if desired. In most cases an electronic version is sent to the candidate while waiting for the hardcopy version to arrive. This is a best practice to ensure the terms are agreed before signature and thus Armada HC has received via email or verbal confirmation of positive acceptance of the offer from the candidate.
Often offer letter management is preceded by verbal confirmation from the client of the possible terms of employment and Armada HC communicating those terms with the candidate verbally as well and verify acceptance. Since there are times this process required having to go back and forth between all parties, Armada HC can aid in brokering the agreement. We are able to serve both sides to reach an agreement that eventually can be put in writing.
Potential new hires often have questions during the offer acceptance stage of the recruiting process. As such we are able to assist potential new hires in getting all their questions answered and clarify anything that may prevent them from accept the terms of an offer with our client. Armada HC views the offer process as the final point of selling the candidate on the opportunity and can be very helpful to our clients “seal the deal” in this regard.
