College and University Relations

College and university relations are important to establishing a good foundation for recruiting top graduates from domestic and foreign universities.  Having good working relationships with key school staff is vital to ensuring the best candidates are referred and don’t go unnoticed.  Armada HC has established fruitful relationships with colleges and universities to help us attract talent for our clients.  We are also able to leverage these relationships when working on behalf of our clients directly.

Often colleges and universities are eager to help their graduating students and existing ones with internships and employment throughout the year, summer, and after graduation.  The relationships we have established with board members, deans, professors, school’s placement office, alumni association and student groups give us a great lead into an endless talent pool of college and university students/grads.

 Armada HC is also able to enlist virtual recruiters at college and university campuses to attract talent throughout the school year.  In this case we leverage the influence of students on students to make a difference.  We are also able to utilize our staff to help us in coordinating career fairs at the schools and other events conducted on campus to help promote our client’s employment brand year round.  Public speaking events, sponsoring groups/clubs, and faculty research projects are a great way to also penetrate new schools.

 Sponsoring college and university events where Armada HC participates or hosts an outdoor tent or booth is also a great way to get the word out we are recruiting for our clients.  As such we brand the event with our clients logos and provide any souvenir if available.  Having students register for internship opportunities, summer jobs, winter break jobs or for the first post-graduation role can also be done through the use of “kiosks”.

 Internship programs can be specifically created for clients looking for a unique approach to recruiting exclusively.  Throughout the school year Armada HC maintains recruiting efforts to keep sourcing college and university talent which can be tapped for possible job opportunities as required by the clients we support.  This is not limited to any one country as our sourcing capabilities are worldwide.  Relationships with schools can be targeted to meet the specific needs of clients.
