Armada HC participates and conducts career fairs and other events on behalf of clients. We are able to set up at any publicly held event our clients desire and can travel throughout the regions we support around the world with our booths or our clients to facilitate. These events may consist of job fairs or career fairs held in convention centers or expo centers in large cities, to college or university career events where companies interview and recruit at, to participating at trade shows or unique conferences wherever we may be able to source talent for our clients.
Whenever we are working on behalf of a dedicated client that has engaged us to represent them, they benefit from all sourcing activities we conduct. In many cases we are able to obtain a significant volume of interested candidates which we can in turn short-list only the most qualified after being screened and possibly even interviewed on-site. The array of activities is endless and we are capable of managing all the logistics from shipping the booth, to setting up our floor space, to printing, or allowing candidates to register from our both directly to our client’s career site or job portal.
Armada HC can recommend events in the city our clients are based or in the country and region where sourcing talent may be required. We are also experienced in conducting events in other regions whereby expatriate recruiting is desired such as United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Canada, Australia, Belgium, Netherlands, etc. This is not limited to just career fairs as there are many events that are industry specific like trade shows where finding sales and marketing professional congregate.
In today’s economic environment, there are many unemployed individuals that will attend job fairs. As such, Armada can assist our clients to be not only known as an employer looking to hire but represent our clients in the best manner possible with professional presentation and communication with the public. As there are often many resumes or CVs to sort through, we can do this quickly on-site to allow our clients to make speedy decisions on whom to interview and ideally hire.
