This service is available via phone, email, or chat through our service center which is capable of receives inquiries from all around the world.
Applicants in the recruiting process often have questions as to where they are in the process, what feedback they may have received based on a phone screen or interview, results of an assessment or simply what is the next step. Armada HC understands that a positive candidate experience is largely due to the relationship we are able to establish early on in the recruiting process through hire or disposition. Maintaining good candidate relationships is also helpful for generating future referrals and influences the public opinion of the employment brand of ourselves and our clients.
